RapiD Vision Machines
This section describes the operation, cleaning and maintenance of the RapiD Vision product inspection machines.
Systems
RapiD Vision Topside Inspection (RVT)
Inspects the top side of the product. The RVT is the basis of every installation.
RapiD Vision Bottom Side Inspection (RVB)
Inspects the bottom side of the product. The RVB can optionally be fitted with an integrated weighing system. The RVB is an extension to the RVT.
RapiD Vision Reject System (RVR)
Diverts the products to the correct conveyor in the plant. The RVR is available for installations with an RVT and an RVB.

Electrical cabinets
Only open the electrical cabinets of the RVT, RVB and RVR in consultation with RapiD Engineering. Do not carry out any work inside the cabinets on your own initiative.
