Start-up

Follow the steps for the configuration of your installation.

RVT

1. Switch on the power using the main switch of the RVT. The RVT starts up automatically.
2. Wait until the logo light turns blue.
3. If the logo light stays red, the RVT has not started up. In that case, press the green button on the underside of the lid. See RVT – Operation.

The RVT is operational when the logo light is blue.

RVT + RVB

1. Check that the main switch of the RVB is switched on.
2. Wait until the logo light of the RVT turns blue.
3. Check that both emergency stop buttons of the RVB are released.
4. Press the green button of the RVB.

The system is operational when the conveyors are running and the logo light is blue.

RVT + RVB + RVR

1. Check that the main switch of the RVB is switched on.
2. Check that the main switch of the RVR is switched on.
3. Wait until the logo light of the RVT turns blue.
4. Check that all emergency stop buttons of the RVB and the RVR are released.
5. Check that the white air selector switch of the RVR is set to Auto.
6. Press the green button of the RVB.

The system is operational when all conveyors are running and the logo light is blue.

Start-up failure

If the logo light does not turn blue after start-up, follow the steps for your configuration.

RVT

1. Switch off the power to the RVT.
2. Wait one minute.
3. Switch the power to the RVT back on.
4. Wait until the logo light turns blue.

RVT + RVB and RVT + RVB + RVR

1. Switch off the main switch of the RVB.
2. Wait one minute.
3. Switch the main switch of the RVB back on.
4. Wait until the logo light turns blue.

Stopping

RVT

A stand-alone RVT has no conveyor to stop. To shut down the RVT, switch off the power.

RVT + RVB and RVT + RVB + RVR

• Normal stop: press the red button of the RVB.
• Emergency: press one of the emergency stop buttons.
