Organisation Settings
Organisation Settings hold the settings that apply to your whole organisation: report defaults, how detections are drawn on product images, claim thresholds and your currency. They live in one place — the Organisation settings card on Home — and every user in your organisation sees the same values.
Note
The card is only visible to Office, Manager and Admin users. See User Roles.
Select Open settings on the card to open the dialog, change what you need, and select Save. Saving asks you to confirm, because the change applies to everyone.
Regional
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Currency | The currency used for every amount in the app and in claim reports — prices, claim values and the Data grid's money columns. Choose from EUR, USD, GBP, NOK, SEK, DKK, CHF and PLN. |
Report
These are the defaults used when generating a claim report. Most can still be overridden for an individual report — see Reports.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Report Logo | Upload an image to use as your report's logo instead of the default RapiD Vision logo. |
| Report Strategy | How multiple defect spots on one product are counted: use only the largest detection per image, report every detection separately, or combine the surface area of same-label detections into a single value. |
| Data availability in days | How many days a product's images stay available before they're marked as Expired in the image panel. Not the same as the setting below — this is how long the image itself stays available. |
| Generated links expire after | How many days a shareable image link included in a claim report stays valid. Not the same as the setting above — this is how long the link stays valid, not the image. |
| Include Link to data in report | Add a link to the source images in generated reports. |
| Include images without detections | Include product images that have no detections at all. |
| Include images of bottom | Include bottom-camera images. |
| Only include products with both top and bottom images | Only include products that have both a top and a bottom image. |
This section also has a Recalculate button, which reprocesses the last 30 days of data using your current Report Filters and these settings. A small warning icon lights up on it whenever there's an unsaved change that affects calculations, like Report Strategy. Select Save before Recalculate: recalculating uses whatever was last saved to the server, not unsaved changes on screen.
Product Display
How detections are drawn on the product images shown on the Data and History pages.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Draw bounding boxes | Draw a rectangle around each detection. |
| Draw contour | Draw the outline of each detection. |
| Draw fill | Fill each detection with its colour. |
| Show legend | Show the colour legend on the image. |
| Show labels | Show the defect label next to each detection. |
| Only show products with both top and bottom images | Hide products that are missing one of the two images. |
| Sort orders chronologically | List Orders by date instead of the default order. |
| Detection label font size | Size of the label text drawn on the image, between 8 and 48. |
| Detection drawing | Draw every AI detection, or only the detections included in your active filters. |
Note
These are the display settings for product images in the app. They're not the same as the detection overlays on the live camera view, which are per machine — see Options ▸ Advanced.
Changed settings apply to products loaded after the change. Re-open the Data page to see them.
Claims
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Claim percentage threshold | Rows on the Data grid are tinted once their claim percentage crosses this value. |
| Claim percentage threshold (upper) | The second, higher threshold — rows above it are tinted more strongly. |
| Minimum images for claim percentage | The minimum number of inspected images before a claim percentage is calculated at all. Below this count the sample is too small to be meaningful. |
