Analytics

Analytics shows supplier-level quality statistics built from your batch data, grouped by supplier, packing station, and month.

Filtering

Use the Supplier and Year selectors at the top to scope the page. A Refresh button reloads the data, and Export ▸ Excel / Export ▸ Json save the currently loaded rows to a file.

Charts Tab

A set of charts covering sorting distribution, defect rates, and trends over time — each chart's ⋮ menu has an Expand option to view it larger. Covers sorting quality, defect breakdowns (by label, station, and month), average length/area, throughput, batch consistency, yield trend, station benchmarking, and gross weight.

Data Table Tab

A row per supplier/packing-station/month combination, with columns for batch count, total products, products with and without defects, defect percentage, A/B quality counts and percentages, total defect spots, and a count/percentage breakdown per defect label (for example melanin, blood, gaping, and cartilage, depending on what your configuration detects).
